DOJ Rewards Program
Overview
DOJ has announced a new whistleblower program to be implemented by June 2024 authorizing rewards to whistleblower who report to DOJ “significant corporate or financial misconduct” about which DOJ was unaware. Whistleblowers can “qualify to receive a portion of the resulting forfeiture” as a reward.
